Exchanges & Returns 

         We offer returns or exchanges for store credit or same item. Refunds will not be provided. 

Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. (some exceptions can be made please email to check with your order number to 

*Customers are responsible for exchange/return shipping costs to and from our facilities   USPS first class is the cheapest option to return to us KEEP your tracking number! (unless one of the exceptions below is met) * You will be invoiced for return shipping from our warehouse once the return/exchange is received, if it goes unpaid for 7 days it will be cancelled and put on file as store credit. We do not offer refunds.

*If you received the WRONG item (it does not match your invoice/order confirmation) we will ship the correct item with a prepaid label for the incorrect item. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed and in same condition. It is the customers responsibility to check the items once received.

*If your order was over $115 You get free return/exchange, we will email a label to you. You Must be able to print the label with in the allotted time. (1 FREE exchange) must be over 115 before shipping. Shipping is not included in the total 
IF your order was less that $115 the exchange/return cost to and from us will be the Customers responsibility. We will invoice shipping once we get the exchange to the email provided. Your exchange will not ship until the label is paid for.

 Refunds will not be provided, store credit will be what was paid minus shipping cost. If you receive free shipping on a return, shipping credit may be take also.

Items Not Available to Exchange or Return: Worn Item, Washed Items, Swim Wear, Bralettes, Headwear, Gift Items, Cosmetics, worn shoes, Cbd products.

 **BOGO deals and discounts ( if you return an item that you used bogo on you will only be able to exchange that item-store credit will not be offered)

If your order is eligible for an exchange (most are) here is what you need to do.

To exchange please READ through and provide the info requested, if you do not include all of the info listed below there may be a delay in your exchange .


 *Please make sure item is in SAME condition as we shipped. Not been washed, worn, no stains, no weird smells (smoke smell ect.)


We have the right to deny any exchange or return if any of these conditions are met.


All packages should come with a return/exchange card however if yours does not :

Please include the following in your exchange package:

-Original order number 

-Name, phone number & email

-what size you are exchanging for written down in the bag or if you are returning for store credit.
if you are exchanging for another item, make sure to include all details (size, name of item, color)


Exchanges are Processed Tuesday-Friday. Once received and processed you will get an email either with store credit ( if returned ) or a shipping invoice for return shipping.



If you order was over $115 please email us for a shipping label.

Once we get the exchange or return we will email you. We will calculate shipping cost based on the weight of the new item and send an invoice via paypal (depending on weight it is normally $5-8) 


Information for you.

The Cheapest way to ship back to us 99% of the time is USPS. KEEP your tracking number in case the package is lost. We are not responsible for lost packages.


*IF you get the wrong item and it is our mistake please email and we will fix your order at our cost! 


**WE DO not reimburse for shipping costs.



DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST be reported within 10 days of receiving you item or nothing will be done.
